University Tutoring Resources
Naviance
Shortly after your intake meeting you will receive an email from the Naviance system with a unique username and password to allow you access to the system, along with the URL to use to find our notes. You will be able to log into this secure system as often as you wish to follow your or your student’s progress.
Once you have logged on to the system, you may access current notes as follows:
- Click “About Me”
- Click “Journal”
- Click on the “Session Notes” tab for the current academic semester

Zoom
If you or your student will be participating in a remote intake meeting or remote tutoring sessions, be sure to download the most recent version of Zoom on the device you will be using.
